Where will Celebrations take place?
Our ceremony will be held at Seascape Beach Resort in Aptos, CA. The cocktail hour and reception will be held adjacent to the ceremony location. All events will be directed and coordinated by our wedding coordinator and staff for the event.
Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, and the reception will be transitioned to an indoor location! All event coordination will be directed by our wedding coordinator for the event.
What time should I arrive for the Ceremony?
We would love for all our family and friend partake in this special moment for us. In order to do so, please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony start time (5:00pm). This will allow time for you to park, unless staying at the property, and find your seat for the ceremony event. If you arrive after 4:45pm, you unfortunately cannot be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter the event.
Can I take pictures?
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say, "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like. A photobooth will also be present!
What is the dress code?
We can't wait to see all our loved ones dressed up for our special day! Please join us in your best cocktail attire for our wedding day. If there are any questions, please feel free to reach out and ask for details.
Can I Bring a Plus One?
We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends! As we aim to keeping an intimate event, only those formally invited on the wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your formal invitation and when you RSVP.
Is there Transportaion to and from our hotel to the resort?
We will not have a shuttle service for out event. We encourage guests to stay at the resort to ensure an easier process for attending the event, and to join us in pre-wedding activities! If you are unable to stay at the resort, there will be complimentary parking at the resort for the wedding event.
Are kids welcome?
For our special day, we've decided to keep the age minimum to 16 years old and above. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating the day with everyone!
Is there an open bar?
To accommodate every person and their preferences there will be a limited bar. We have allotted approximately four alcoholic beverages per guest, and any alcoholic drinks consumed after four beverages will be a cash bar. Alcohol is permitted for you to bring and keep inside your rooms staying at the resort but must not be brought to the event between 5:00-11:00pm. Are you signed up with a wedding registry service?
Your love and well-wishes are the most important gifts above all! If you would like to contribute in another way, monetary links and a registry list will be linked in the "Registry" tab at the top of this webpage.
What if I don't RSVP in time?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any late RSVP's for our event. This is due to providing our vendors and the resort and exact number of guests that they will need to be accommodating for the event. While we will send out reminders, as well as sending invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible. We thank you for your understanding!
